- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely dreadful! Our first Cafcass officer was a friend of the respondents family, yet still worked under this conflict of interest. The replacement wrote a report hat clearly listed serious safeguardin concerns, then recommended my daughter return to the shared care of her abuser. This officers name is B****** T*****! Last week he invited me for a private hat and asked me to withdraw my complaint about his report, because I refused on the grounds that he had written a blatantly biased report, he reported to his managers that my McKenzie friend had been abusive!! Suddenly Cafcass are refusing to investigate his conduct.. HOW VERY CONVENIENT! Do NOT trust any Cafcass officer, ever! oh, FYI, B****** T***** has previous for this. He was disciplined by circuit judge Owen in 2015 for providing false testimony and concealing evidence. Yet hes still allowed to continue??By Admin, August 18, 2019
