3 weeks to get a pair of glasses repaired (admitedly they waived the charges because of the delay) During the fitting of the repaired glasses I said they felt odd. The young lady gave the glasses a polish and adjusted the nose pads and like an idiot I accepted the glasses back without further comment. The replacement lens changes focus when I look down almost as if it is bifocal. A most disconcerting experience. I have used this shop for 40 years, staying with it through 2 changes of owner. It is time for me to go elswhere.
